CHIN TUCK AGAINST RESISTANCE for improved Swallowing with CTAR Ball SmarterFIT!

SIZE: CTAR Ball (Chin Tuck Against Resistance) SmarterFIT is our newly engineered CTAR ORIGINAL Ball. The size may appear larger but it is softer and more pliable so it fits all sizes of individuals as well as the specifications of the research. It has a more user-friendly weight and material. CTAR Ball SmarterFIT is used to strengthen the swallowing muscles. The CTAR is placed under the chin in an upright seated position and squeezed between the chin and the chest either by holding for 10-60 seconds (isometric) to repeated reps (10 to 30). Multi-directional exercise is also possible by positioning the ball to the right or to the left of the chin and squeezing down against the chest. The product is based on research by Yoon WL, et.al. (2014) "New Method for Enhancing Suprahyoid Activity using a Shaker-type Exercise". We discourage returns / refunds since these items are used in medical settings. We will only accept unopened items. We do have a restocking fee of 50%. We will replace any defective item.
