This controller only supports three - wire brushless motors and three - wire throttle, not six - wire throttle. Regenerative braking is not supported.

★Application:

It can be suitable to three - wire throttle brushless DC Hub Motor under 1500W

★Advantage of the Controller:
Soft Low-Voltage: When the power source voltage becomes lower, the current will also become lower to keep normal running. It not only protects the power source and extends the power source life, but also increases the running distance.
Automatically recognize the motor phase angle and motor right spin direction. It can be conducted by the Self-Study wires.

Operation Method: Firstly make sure the power source, key lock, motor, throttle are well connected, and also connect the two Self-Study wires. Then turn on the power source and key lock, the motor will spin. If the motor spinning direction is correct, please disconnect the two Self-Study wires, then learning is accomplished.

If the motor spin direction is reverse, firstly disconnect the Self-Study wires, but connect them again at once, then the motor will spin in the other direction. When the direction is correct, disconnect the Self-Study wires. Finished!
Start silently, balanced and constant power output. Mature production technology of controller and authentic quality.

Over-heat protection: The controller will cut the power when the temperature is too high, and restart when the temperature returns to normal.

Intelligent management of power source system: The controller will reasonably control the power source discharge, with low-voltage protection function to extend the power source life.

Over-load protection: When overload of the bike causes the motor to stall for more than 2 seconds, the controller will cut off the current output to protect the motor and power source.

Timely control the motor phase current, and protect the MOS.

Double-Mode: The controller can check the motor hall sensor condition automatically. If the motor sensors are broken, the controller will operate in None-Hall mode.
When the motor phase fails, the controller will protect it, avoid motor burnout, and protect the power source at the same time.
★Select the motor speed controller:
First look at your e-bike power source voltage level, corresponding to the selected voltage controller. Look at the current size of the controller previously used, such as 16A-18A for 350W controller, 22A-24A for 450W controller, 28A-30A for 500W controller, 31A-33A for 600W controller, 33A-35A for 800W controller, 36A-38A for 1000W controller, 40A-43A for 1200W controller, 50A for about 2000W controller. If the original e-bike is 350W, we recommend upgrading to a higher wattage, so you can take advantage of the best motor speed and power.
