The tough nylon shell, made from repurposed fabric, combines a waterproof yet breathable Porelle® membrane with a DWR (durable water repellent) coating for unconditional storm protection and long-wearing durability.
The short, easy-access cuff has a hook-and-loop closure to seal out weather; the cuff fits under or over your jacket, depending upon your preference.
