This set features a stainless-steel Tower with 23 spring-attachment points, an anodized aluminum push-through bar that easily adjusts to 8 heights, a safety strap, a carabiner, a 23-inch solid maple roll-down bar with inside hooks, and a pair of cotton loops. It also comes with 8 of our Signature Balanced Body Springs: 2 yellow (very light) and 2 blue (light) in the regular length, and 2 yellow (very light) and 2 purple (medium) in the long length. The raised Mat has vinyl upholstery, 2 dowel handles, and a cotton foot strap, and the Moon Box has a wood core with padding and vinyl upholstery. The Tower measures 89" H x 27" W x 20" D, and the Mat measures 84" L x 22.5" W x 6" H. The Tower comes with 4 lag bolts. If your floor isn’t wood, you will need to purchase alternative hardware.
