1. Star Nut Remover Kit
This tool removes star nuts inside bike fork steerers. Its 270mm 45# high-rigidity steel rod stays undeformed under heavy pressure, with 2 spare positioning screws included.
2. Compatibility
It suits 28.6mm (1-1/8") fork steer tubes and fits most MTB & road bike forks. Not for carbon fiber forks.
3. Easy Operation
Pre-installed positioning screw, no extra assembly needed. Align, lock the tool with the star nut, then hammer the rod top; friendly for new users.
4. Usage Notes
Use positioning screws for old or deeply embedded star nuts. Do not use them when pulling out misaligned star nuts.
5. Storage & Screw Replacement
Wipe the tool dry after use, store vertically or flat in dry places to prevent rust, preserve precision and prolong service life. The kit has two 25mm M6 set screws; use an H3 bit to replace them.
