Most orders ship within 0-24 hours. Costs, delivery estimates, and services are shown by eBay.

We ship worldwide — use eBay's shipping calculator, or contact us for a quote if your country isn't listed. We also ship to overseas PO Boxes and most HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO addresses (contact us for availability).

International: Customs taxes, duties, and import requirements may apply — track and release your package promptly to avoid a return.

Make sure your address is complete and correct — if a return results from an incorrect address, both-way S&H may be deducted from your refund.

Orders over $750: Signature required. Track your package — UPS attempts delivery 3 times before returning it, and S&H may be deducted from the refund if returned.

We choose the carrier at our discretion; note a preference at checkout. UPS can't deliver to PO Boxes, so USPS is used instead.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We work hard to provide world-class service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us first and we will work with you toward a solution.

We gladly accept eligible returns. Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your shipment and before returning an item.

Returns must be in original condition with all included accessories. A restocking fee may apply in certain circumstances.

Software, manuals, and electronic chart cards are non-refundable under manufacturer policies.

Yealink, Yeastar, Netgear, Victron, Adtran, Bogen, LogicMark, Sangoma, and CyberData products cannot be returned once opened under manufacturer policies. Please confirm the model number before opening these items.

For defective items, the end user must contact the manufacturer directly for troubleshooting and obtain an RMA number when required.
