Camping Fire Starter Rod with Steel Striker - Waterproof Survival Tool

When the weather turns and a lighter fails or runs dry, a ferrocerium ferro rod is the fire-starting tool serious campers, hikers, and preppers trust. This pocket-size fire starter throws a shower of hot sparks in rain, wind, and cold – conditions that kill matches and disposable lighters – so you can get a flame going when it matters most. Compact, dependable, and built to last for thousands of strikes, it belongs in every pack, glovebox, and bug-out kit.

• Ferrocerium Ferro Rod – the 4-inch rod throws a dense shower of sparks with each strike, igniting tinder fast for campfires, stoves, grills, and emergency warmth.
• Works Wet, Windy & Cold – unlike matches or lighters, this fire starter performs in rain and high wind and keeps working after being soaked, making it true all-weather survival gear.
• Stainless Steel Striker Included – the premium striker has a sharp scraping edge that pulls consistent, powerful sparks every time, so beginners and experts alike get a reliable light.
• Pocket-Size & Packable – at roughly 4 inches long it slips into a pocket, tackle box, or backpack without weighing you down, ready whenever you need it.
• High-Visibility Lanyard – the bright lanyard keeps the rod easy to spot and secure to a pack or belt, so it never gets lost in leaves, snow, or a crowded bag.
• Thousands of Strikes – a single rod lasts through many thousands of ignitions, far outliving a box of matches or a throwaway lighter and earning its place in your kit for years.
• Everyday & Emergency Ready – perfect for camping, backpacking, hiking, bushcraft, hunting, and survival kits, and a smart backup for power outages and roadside emergencies.
