DESCRIPTION

The Cotton Cordell Pencil Popper Chrome Black Back is a legendary topwater lure designed to create explosive surface strikes from bass, stripers, redfish, and other aggressive gamefish. Built with a weighted tail for extra-long casting distance and improved accuracy, this classic pencil popper delivers powerful walk-the-dog action while also throwing tremendous amounts of water with its concave mouth design.

The Chrome Black Back color pattern is one of the most trusted baitfish imitators for clear water, sunny conditions, and open-water feeding situations. Loud internal rattles help draw fish from long distances while the rugged construction and rust-resistant hooks make this lure tournament-ready right out of the package.

Whether you're targeting schooling stripers, pressured largemouth, or aggressive saltwater predators, the Cotton Cordell Pencil Popper remains one of the most effective topwater walking baits ever made.
