The CDC Comparadun is a very versatile dry fly.  It is meant to represent an emerging mayfly nymph.  It can be fished as a dry fly with some extra floatant.  You can also fish this with a little sink and it could represent an emerging mayfly or caddis because of the CDC.

Have fun with this fly and go catch some trout!
