The conversion is designed to preserve the recognizable look and character of your Dietz lantern while providing dependable electric illumination. The kit includes a metal lamp base adapter with bulb socket, attached electrical cord, two-prong plug and an easy-to-use inline on/off switch.
Best of all, the conversion does not have to be permanent. When you want to return your lantern to traditional oil use, simply remove the electric conversion assembly and restore the lantern to its original oil-compatible configuration.
Electrical Requirement: Use with a 200W maximum, 120V A.C. incandescent light bulb only. Bulb not included.
