Applications: Jumping is a great exercise for all fitness levels. Having a plyo box can be used for squats, to help you learn to do push-ups, or to increase the difficulty if you have already mastered a movement.
Height: Each jump box is a rectangular structure with 3 different heights, which means you can choose from three different jump height options depending on your fitness level.
Structure: The skeletonized handle on the jumper box allows you to easily take it from one place to another. There is a jigsaw locking system around the edge to ensure the box has a sturdy construction that makes the product indestructible.
Material: Elevens plyo box is made of professional wood with a frosted surface and a non-slip effect; it is equipped with internal supports (3 large sizes) and can carry up to 330 pounds, suitable for novice and heavyweight athletes.
Installation: We have pre-drilled the plyo box for quick assembly; interlocking joints make each board securely locked and very strong; the edges are sanded to avoid scuffing; and we are committed to getting every detail right.
