Designed to prevent or minimize heat loss in extremely cold temperatures, the Blizzard Survival Bag is a popular product for military members and search and rescue professionals. It uses Reflexcell technology to reflect radiated body heat back toward the user and insulate against external temperatures. The Blizzard Survival Bag provides unmatched heat retention, helping prevent loss of life from hypothermia and shock. Please note: the Blizzard Survival Bag is not designed as a sleeping bag replacement or outer shell. It is designed to preserve life in emergency situations by preventing hypothermia.
Features:
- Windproof, waterproof 3-layer Reflexcell protection creates honeycombed channels of dead air to insulate against external temps, with a metallized inner layer reflects body heat back toward user.
- Ideal bivvy shelter for emergency survival situations, search and rescue, escape and evasion.
- Recommended component for aviation and vehicle survival kits. Backcountry pilots and wilderness professionals rely on high quality survival gear like the Blizzard Survival Bag.
- Vacuum-sealed in compact form for easy carry or storage. Bivvy features drawstring closure to seal out cold air, wind, rain, and snow.
