Hook Size

This is a staple fly for any Euro nymph collection.  The Perdigon is perfect for fast water and deep pools.  The low profile, tungsten bead, and epoxy body gets the fly to the bottom quickly.

The Perdigon is weighted with a tungsten bead with an epoxy body on a barbless Hanak jig hook.  The construction of this fly is a proven formula to catch more fish:

  • Tungsten Bead - gets fly into the feeding lane faster
  • Epoxy Body - more durable and low profile.
  • Jig hook – less snags and better hook ups as hook rides upward
  • Barbless hook – better penetration and less damage to the fish

Default 6 pack variation includes 2 flies each of size 14, 16, & 18.  Send a message if you want a custom size variation
