Payment

Paypal is our preferred method for payments so we can deliver your order to you fast. To prevent fraud, we follow Paypal guidelines closely. If you do not have a confirmed address for us to ship your purchase to, please provide us with a working telephone number.

Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the United States. We also ship to APO, FPO, Canada, Europe, Japan, and most other countries.

For domestic orders, buyers can choose first class mail (4-5 days) or priority mail (3 days) or express mail (1-2 days).

For international orders, we offer the option of first class international mail, which is the most inexpensive one. However, buyers should be aware that the international first class mail is not trackable. It can also take 2-8 weeks to deliver. We will try our best to declare the value and contents of the package according to buyer's instruction. But we will not be held responsible if any international first class mail is lost. There is a risk using low cost shipping and we hope our customers understand that.

We recommend our international customers choosing "international priority mail" which is faster (typically 12-21 days). Tracking and insurance will be provided at no extra cost. If you have any concerns or requirements about the shipping, feel free to contact us.
