EXO Protection is a lightweight yet highly durable sidewall reinforcement used on many Maxxis mountain and gravel tires. The tightly woven fabric helps resist cuts and abrasions without sacrificing ride quality or tire flexibility, making it an excellent choice for gravel riding, XC, and light trail use.

SilkShield Protection

SilkShield technology adds an extra layer of puncture protection from bead to bead, covering both the tread and sidewalls for improved durability and resistance against sharp trail debris.

Tubeless Ready

Tubeless Ready tires allow riders to run lower tire pressures for better traction and comfort while also reducing rolling resistance compared to traditional tube setups. Without an inner tube, the risk of pinch flats is also greatly reduced. Maxxis recommends using liquid sealant only with tubeless road, tubular, and tubeless ready tires, as using sealant in non-compatible tires may void the warranty.
