Description
The ProMag SMI 28 is a 10-round extended magazine designed specifically for the original Smith & Wesson M&P Shield pistol chambered in 9mm. Its extended configuration provides additional capacity compared with standard-capacity Shield magazines, making it an economical choice for range practice, training, and recreational shooting.

The magazine body is constructed from heat-treated steel with a durable black oxide finish and incorporates an injection-molded follower and heat-treated chrome silicon wire spring for consistent cartridge positioning and feeding. Made in the USA, the SMI 28 is designed specifically around the original M&P Shield platform and should not be confused with magazines for the newer Shield Plus or Shield EZ models.
