Listing is for (1) NEW! Thyrm PyroVault 2.0 Lighter Armor, in YOUR Color Choice.
- A next-generation upgrade for your favorite lighter, featuring a durable
exoskeleton design, full gasket seal, one-handed opening, and much more.
Be equally ready for wilderness adventures and everyday carry.
Description:
- Refined and re-envisioned, the PyroVault
2.0 Lighter Armor takes the ergonomics and function of our innovative
lighter armor to the next level. Do you carry a lighter for daily use or
need reliable fire-starting capabilities in the backcountry? The
PyroVault 2.0’s durable exoskeleton, gasket seal, spring-loaded lid,
& lanyard attachment will keep up with you no matter the mission.
The PyroVault 2.0 Lighter Armor Features:
- Dual-wall, dual-color exoskeleton design
- Full gasket seal to keep fuel in and water out
- Full size lanyard hole for retention in the field
- Stainless torsion spring and axle for reliable one-handed opening
- New low-profile latch for easy striker-wheel access
- Hidden Tinder-Quik™ Firestarter included
- Designed and Made in the USA
The PyroVault 2.0 housing accepts a wider range of lighter inserts than the original Pyrovault.
-
Compatible: Zippo Single Torch, Double Torch, and
Yellow Flame Butane lighters are all compatible with the PyroVault 2.0.
-
Compatible: Z-plus Butane Extreme Torch 2.0,
Thunderbird Single Torch Flame, Thunderbird Vector, Blazer Top-Z Dual
Flame Butane, Blazer Top-Z Dual Torch, Power Practical Sparkr Insert for
Zippo Lighters, Zippo Electric Rechargeable, and Zippo Pipe Inserts are
also compatible.
- Not Compatible: a few butane, non-torch inserts use
a spring-loaded cam to open the fuel valve. Because the PyroVault uses
its own high strength opening springs instead, these inserts are not
compatible.
This PyroVault 2.0 listing does NOT come with a butane insert or lighter, this is only the PYROVAULT 2.0 carrier!
The Pyrovault’s gasket seal provides a high level of protection from
water, dust, and dirt; however, it is not dive-rated or suitable for
prolonged, deep submersion.
- Each PyroVault 2.0 ships in a custom-printed display box & makes a perfect gift for the adventurer in your life!
