Surface Appearance (Oil & Powder): Please note: a light coating of silicone oil and occasional white powder on the surface is normal for rubber products. The oil protects the fins during storage, and the white powder can be easily washed off with soap and water if desired.
Shape & Material Behavior: Due to handling and packaging, the soft rubber foot pocket may sometimes appear slightly out of shape upon arrival. This temporary rubber has a natural 'memory effect,' and the fins will return to their normal shape with use.
