How To Check If The Pogo Pins Are Bad:
What you can do to check the pogo pins is to look to see if there is any offset like referenced in image three. Another step to be sure is to take a set of tweezers and pull up on the pins to see if there is any up/down slack on the pins themselves. Basically what happens is that the pins can't fully extend which causes a lose in connection with the battery. Hence why the pins need to be replaced.
**TERMS OF SERVISE**
When sending me a derailleur or AXS product, you are to want to make sure it is the pogo pins that is causing your problem before sending, If you send me a unit, I will inspect to make sure it is the pogo pins, if it seems to not be the pins, I will send it back and give you a full refund (Minus the return shipping) Buyers pay for shipping to me and I cover shipping on the way back to you.
