    shipped — seals intact, all units present, retail packaging undamaged.
    Items returned opened, used, incomplete, or with damaged packaging can no
    longer be sold as new, and the refund will be reduced to reflect that lost
    value, as permitted under eBay's seller protection policy.

    something than process a return.
