Due to its ultra-thin design, the appearance and depth of impressions will differ from traditional thicker mouthguards, which typically concentrate deeper grooves on the inside. This is a normal result of the product’s lightweight construction and is not a defect. Improper molding—Getting the perfect fit may take 2–3 attempts. This is completely normal. Incorrect water temperature or timing—may cause the mouthguard to flatten, fold, or not retain its shape.
